Direct and indirect discrimination is also prohibited in employment relationships. Employees are entitled to equal treatment from their employer regardless of gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, and so on. We have developed special expertise in this area.

The three anti-discrimination laws prohibit discrimination on the basis of a wide range of criteria, ranging from gender, sexual orientation, disability, health status and origin to race, religion and trade union or other belief.

If an employee can convince the court that there is prima facie discrimination, the employer will have to prove that they did not discriminate. The burden of proof therefore shifts. We assist both employees and employers in this matter.
