Luc Goris
Ever since 2013, lawyer Mr. Goris specialised in different branches of individual and collective labour law and related aspects of business law, company law and privacy regulations. He is therefore very familiar with independent forms of cooperation.
He often defends the interests of his clients in social security issues. As a member of BePLA , the Belgian Association of Pension Lawyers, he also has a particular focus on supplementary pensions.
Prior to that, he practised many years as in-house lawyer in the banking and insurance industry. As a member of the management team, his responsibilities included internal audits and compliance. Thanks to that background, he has gained a wide experience in the ins and outs of the corporate world, allowing him to assist you as his client in a very pragmatic way.
Mr. Goris has taught company law, business law and economic law from 1994 to 2013 at the KU Leuven, Campus Commercial Sciences in Antwerp. He is a member of the Association for Labour Law (Antwerp) and the Vereniging voor Sociaal recht [Social law association] (Brussels).
Mr. Goris graduated cum laude in 1987 as a Master of Law at the KU Leuven after which he joined the Bar in 2013.
