Dirk Wijns
As former Partner Legal Consult and Business Unit Director at HR service company Acerta, Dirk Wijns has been active in consulting companies about all legal quandaries with regard to staff employment for over thirty years. The latter in varying forms: as payroll employees, statutory staff or in light of independent partnerships. He takes a special interest in collective labour law.
Dirk: “After all those years at Acerta, I was looking for an organisation with a clear focus towards labour and social security law, one that makes a point of satisfying their clients’ questions swiftly and one that’s result-oriented. At Mploy, I’m joining a team of fourteen lawyers, each displaying extensive experience in that particular subject matter.”
