Mr. Van Rompaey is an experienced litigator in a wide range of social law matters. He has a particular interest in educational discipline and all kinds of other legal issues facing school boards, schools, and teachers.

He handles files concerning, among other things:

education law (assistance to schools as well as temporary and permanent teachers): including disciplinary files of teaching staff, including pleading the case before the appeals board and the court);
incapacity for work (reintegration, medical force majeure, etc.);
discrimination issues;
industrial accidents;
dismissal (including manifestly unreasonable dismissal).

Mr. Van Rompaey graduated with distinction from KU Leuven (2014) and was admitted to the bar that same year.
