Colleague Mr. Veerle Scheys, together with Dr. Nele Somers, will discuss the legal aspects regarding intellectual rights that arise in the context of the relationship between employees/service providers and the company in which they work.

Many tips are also provided based on the extensive practical experience of both speakers, as the different intellectual property rights can give rise to many discussions and the solution is rarely uniform in the different domains.
