You provide guidance for company managers and employees on all their issues regarding, among other things, (employment) contracts, regulations, dismissal, wages, social audits and industrial accidents. You manage files from A to Z and receive the necessary support. You are the first point of contact for our clients and communicate with them in understandable, clear language. In addition to your work in files, sufficient time is also provided to fulfill your internship obligations.

We offer you on-the-job coaching and thorough and ongoing training. We also provide joint (internal) training moments. You can count on varied work within the entire range of social law: individual and collective employment law, social security law, social criminal law and discrimination law.
You are motivated and you are eager to learn. You can work independently as well as in a team. You have an eye for detail and attach great importance to correct language use, both oral and written. You like to think along and are not afraid to take initiative. Previous experience in practice is a plus, but certainly not a must.
