Steven Renette appointed as a member of the Advisory Council of social criminal law

Colleague Steven Renette was appointed as a member of the Advisory Council of Social Criminal Law by Royal Decree of May 1, 2023 (BS May 31, 2023). The council provides advice on the application of social criminal law, on the integration of existing and new legal provisions into the code, and on draft implementation decisions. He also carries out studies, ensures the coherence of the scheme, and coordinates the preparation of the annual report.
