Opinion: times are tough for the HR department

A recent article by colleague Steven Renette appeared in Het Belang van Limburg, in which he expresses his concern about the growing number of overweight people and its impact on the workplace. A systemic problem requires a systemic approach in which everyone bears and must take responsibility. Can the concepts of "good employeeship" and "good employership" commonly used in the Netherlands provide guidance in this regard?
