Steven Vandebroek

Mr. Vandebroek graduated from the University of Leuven (2003) and followed a complementary course D.E.S. en droit social at the ULB (2004) before joining the Bar. His offices are in Hasselt.

During his career as a lawyer, Mr Vandebroek has specialized in social criminal law, with a particular focus on sectors susceptible to fraud. He assists entrepreneurs in the context of inspections by social inspection services. Individual and collective labour law are his preferred subjects.

Mr Vandebroek often acts in legal proceedings, mainly before Labour Courts, Courts of Appeal and Correctional Courts.

He is regularly appointed by the Courts in Limburg as an ad hoc mandatary.

Mr Vandebroek holds a certificate for special training in cassation procedure in criminal cases and a certificate ‘Supralat – Salduz training’.

He is also a member of the Association for Labour Law in Antwerp. He frequently speaks and publishes on topics within his field.
