Rob Valkeneers

Mr. Valkeneers has been a lawyer at the Bar of Limburg since 2002 with a focus on social, public and private law. He was also for a long time a lecturer at Syntra PXL (a.o. in the training for real estate agents and project developers).

He worked from 2008 to 2011 as a FWO-researcher (Fonds Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek) for the UA under the supervision of the department of Prof. Dr. Ria Janvier (‘The principles of good governance and their repercussions in contractual labor relations in the public sector’).

Mr. Valkeneers received his law degree from KU Leuven in 2022.
Afterwards, he studied Social Law at the VUB (Manama).

Mr. Valkeneers is also co-author of a newly published book on the 10-year liability in the construction industry (De 10-jarige aansprakelijkheid in de bouwwereld, Story Publishers, 2022, 212 p.)
