Mr. Goris worked as an in-house lawyer in the banking and insurance sector for many years. As a member of the management team, his responsibilities included internal audit and compliance. He has very broad experience of the ins and outs of the corporate world, which enables him to advise and assist clients in a very pragmatic manner.
As a lecturer at KU Leuven, Campus Commercial Sciences in Antwerp, he has taught corporate, business and economic law for many years.
Since 2013, he has specialised as a lawyer in the various branches of individual and collective labour law, and the related aspects of corporate law, company law and privacy regulations. He is very familiar with independent management and services agreements. He also defends client interests in social security matters.
As a member of BePLA, the Belgian Association of Pension Lawyers, he also has a particular focus on supplementary pensions.
He is also a member of the Antwerp Employment Law Association and the Brussels Social Law Association.
