The individual lawyers/consultants are insured for their professional liability in the amount of EUR 2,500,000 (each). The insurer is Amlin.

The client considers the ordinary insurance of each lawyer/consultant sufficient and accepts that the compensation for the damage he suffers as a result of a professional error of one of the lawyers/consultants is limited to the amount of EUR 2,500,000.00 for which each lawyer/consultant is insured. This limitation shall not apply in the case of intent or gross negligence on the part of the lawyer/consultant concerned.

If the professional liability insurer does not cover the damages, without any fault on the part of the lawyer/consultant involved, the client cannot claim any compensation.

Because technology is human, errors sometimes occur. Urgent requests or dispatches by e-mail sometimes do not reach the addressee (in time). This is why we ask you to always call us in case of important matters or rapidly approaching deadlines in order to check whether your shipment has arrived correctly and whether we can do what is necessary.

You should not send us confidential information without prior consultation. We must first check that we can act for you and that there is no conflict of interest. If you do send us confidential information prematurely, you do so entirely at your own risk.
